Tokaberry Assembly Tutorial
IT'S GLOOMIN' TIME!
The Tokaberry was the first Gloomberry I ever designed and now it's time for the morose little guy to be brought kicking and screaming back to life as a posable Ball Jointed Doll!
He's a very easy print whether you have a resin or an FDM 3D printer, and an even lighter breeze if you have a Bambu Labs 3D printer as I've included my Bambu Studio project file with all my settings as well as a full color version of the head for AMS systems.
PARTS REQUIRED:
To assemble him all you need is:
1mm elastic cord to string his body
Example
1mm craft wire for the pins in his arms and legs
Example
2cm S-hook to lock the elastic loop in his head (you could even use a zip tie or a bent piece of slightly thicker craft wire instead)
Example
Six 6x3mm magnets for the head (full tutorial linked above)
Example
White Tack (or any kind of adhesive putty) for the eyes
Example
(OPTIONAL) UV Nail gel and UV torch to gloss up the eyes

FDM PRINT SETTINGS (premade settings I use are included in my Bambu Studio Project):
Tested and prints nicely with both a .2 and a .4 nozzle. For reference the grey Tokaberry was printed with a .4 nozzle and the beige Tokaberry was printed with a .2 nozzle.
Layer height - .08 if using a 0.4 nozzle, .06 if using a 0.2 nozzle
Infill - 15% Gyroid
Fuzzy Skin (To mask layer lines effectively in combination with the surface texture) - .15 Point Distance .15 Thickness
Supports - I always use manual as most parts are made to be printed on top of supports rather than on the build platform. All my custom support application is included in the Bambu Studio project.
Color - All of the parts are pre-painted with Bambu Studio's in-software tools/custom modifiers so if you have a Bambu Labs printer and a AMS system you'll be able to print the parts in full color. This particular file should be usable in Slicers for alternative printers that utilise a similar multi-material system.
RULES:
This STL is licensed for non-commercial use, this means you are allowed to make as many copies as you like/make modifications to the files but you cannot sell the files or any prints you produce using them.
However if you're interested in selling prints made using this file, shoot me a message at thanatoys@outlook.com or my Instagram account @Thanatoys and we might be able to figure something out.
I'D ABSOLUTELY LOVE TO SEE ANYTHING YOU MAKE WITH MY FILES SO PLEASE TAG ME WHEREVER YOU POST! I'm @Thanatoys on most platforms!
